| Description: | Danilovich T. I. The influence of love on the creative personality in Ivan Bunin's novel The Life of Arseniev and Satyajit Ray's film The World of Apu is compared in the article. It reveals the common and individual in the way the Russian writer and Indian film director comprehend the role of love experience in the process of personal development and professional development of the protagonist.
