| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются особенности вербализации в русскоязычном и англоязычном договорном дискурсе концепта «имущество». Исследуются содержание и структура концепта через систему понятий, заимствованных из сферы общего употребления. Определяются изменения, которые эти понятия претерпели в результате переосмысления в юридическом языке посредством классификации и дифференциации под влиянием историко-культурных, социальных, экономических и правовых факторов. Выделяются термины имущественного договорного дискурса, служащие концептуальноязыковой основой для его интерпретации. Описывается характер их связи с общеупотребительной лексикой, объективирующей исследуемый концепт в русской и английской культурах. | Description: | Kavaleuskaya I. The article considers the specificity of the concept «property» verbalization in the Russian and English contractual discourse. The contents and structure of the concept are analyzed through the system of the lexical items borrowed from everyday language. The study identifies the changes that these terms have undergone as a result of their reinterpretation in the legal language through classification and differentiation influenced by historical, cultural, social, economic and legal factors. The author highlights the terms of the property contractual discourse that serve as the conceptual and linguistic basis for its interpretation. It describes the nature of their relationship with the common words used for the objectification of the concept in the Russian and English cultures.
