Description: CHURA D.V. The article describes the concept of main dish in China and Belarus, the history of the Chinese and Belarusian gastronomy. The main cuisines of China, their main principles are described. The history of Belarusian cuisine and other Slavic countries’, the importance of meat among the people is considered.
